Shell to 3 mm in diameter, flattened, compressed, sculpture of wave-like growth lines, spire non-projecting, umbilicus open, aperture oblique in relation to shell axis. Shell color translucent, clear.

Shell size to 8 Shape discoidal, flattened, with a sculpture of fine spiral lines. Aperture prosocline, external lip thin, umbilical opening spacious, umbilical callus lacking. This shell in the main image (BMSM 122948) was collected in 2017 on Turner Beach, Captiva, by Susan Hewitt.

Shell to 3 mm in diameter, compressed, spire more convex than base ("cupola-shaped"), sculpture of 18-22 well-defined spiral lines consisting each of a microscopic zigzag pattern. Base with sculpture similar to remainder of shell, umbilicus closed, aperture oblique in relation to shell axis. Shell color translucent white. Photos by José H Leal.
