Family Pyramidellidae

Chrysallida sp.

Shell size to 3 mm; shell ovate-conical. Whorls with strongly angled shoulders. Last whorl comprising about ¾ of shell length. Base not set apart from last whorl. Sculpture of axial riblets and spiral threads that produce net-like pattern covering entire shell surface. Color translucent-white. Not common but found on Sanibel.
